We are so excited to share with you about Ethed Collective, Singapore’s First Luxury Whisky Taste Tubes!
Born out of a passion for exploration and desire to taste all the whiskies around the world, Ethed Collective aims to explore unique taste experiences by thoughtfully curating an array of whiskies and presenting them in a luxurious whisky tasting gift set one edition at a time.
Our first release, 18 Years Edition 1, is a collection of various 18 Year Old whiskies from all the major whisky producing regions of Scotland. We chose to start with this age as it usually represented the pinnacle of most brands without going too overboard. Furthermore, it is a recognition of the first time in our lives we were allowed to drink legally.
The center of every of our editions is our exquisite glass taste tubes. The clear glass allows you to see the slight differences in the color. Each tube contains at least 30ml, or 1 official measure, of delicious golden goodness. Along with the tubes are tasting cards designed to guide you along the tasting journey while giving a little snippet of the whisky you are tasting.

Following our private sale launch, we sold out all our available stock within the first 2 weeks and have replenished our inventory. Our 18 Year Edition 2 launches 2nd December, following the focus on the 18 Year Old offerings from different brands. Where our 18 Year Edition 1 focused on tastes that revolved around sweeter and lighter notes, 18 Year Edition 2 focuses on heavier tastes notes spice and wood being more prevalent.

This idea came about when we (Edwin and Edwiana, not siblings) were drinking at a bar and chatting about how there were so many types of whiskies and wanting to try everything! Edwiana had always wondered about the differences in taste between the different ages, brands and what made some whiskies so much more expensive than others and how different the taste can be. Edwin searched online for a place that curated whisky tasting sets across different brands with a common theme but we couldn’t find any suitable ones in Singapore. It soon became obvious that buying every bottle from every brand out there would not only cost too much but also be too time consuming.
So we figured if we were looking for an experience like this, there would be other like-minded people out there. And that's how Ethed Collective, our first venture, was born. We started this journey to share whiskies sourced from different brands across different ages, countries and regions for anyone looking to explore a different kind of adventure.
So what started off as a sweet gesture to his girlfriend, has become a venture where the Eds create EDitions that give others a chance to experience their vision and taste every whisky in the world!
