Mermaid Gin

This signature gin’s name was inspired by its lead botanical rock samphire, known locally as ‘mermaid’s kiss’.

Like the kiss of the mythical mermaid, saving sailors lost at sea, the rock samphire was a signal that shipwrecked sailors and smugglers were safe from the raging seas.

Mermaid Pink Gin

Building on the signature Mermaid Gin, Mermaid Pink Gin infuses the flavour of fresh island strawberries.

Unlike most other pink gins, Mermaid Pink Gin is less sweet due to having no added sugars.

Mermaid Zest Gin

Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, ‘the dew of the sea’, then distilled and infused with their signature Mermaid Gin.

 

Mermaid Spiced Rum

Mermaid Spiced Rum is crafted from a carefully selected blend of sugar cane and molasses rum from Trinidad and the Dominican Republic, distilled in column stills and aged between 2-5 years in oak bourbon whiskey barrels.

Inspired by a long history of shipwrecks bringing Caribbean rum to the island shores, the unique spirit was created to honour heritage and folklore.

Mermaid Salt Vodka

Clean and light, Mermaid Salt Vodka is an ideal flavour enhancer for adventurous cocktails, or a classic dirty martini. A delicate vein of salt lends a back note that makes Mermaid Salt Vodka unique.
